Cardinal Gerhard Müller is ashamed that in Germany, his home country, it's again possible to persecute scientists for offering facts, he told Gosc.pl (August 9) with reference to Father Darisz Oko who was convicted in Germany for uncovering the homosexual mafia in the Church. Müller recalled the National Socialist General Governor of Poland who sent the entire Krakow professoriate to a concentration camp. Oko was convicted for a scholarly report on homosexual crimes committed by high ranking clerics. Müller makes it clear that condemning such crimes is "an act of courage that deserves the respect of all decent people."
