Lord of the Seasons.
"Even the thing of which we say, “See, this is new!” has already existed in the ages that preceded us." – Ecclesiastes 1:10, which is part of today's 1st reading at Mass. Christ, who is ever new is also ever ancient – the eternal Word is who is the great "I AM" that was, in breathtaking novelty, born in time and in our world. This stained glass window of the months and seasons of the year is in Chartres Cathedral and it dates to c.1217.
