Yes. Reminds me of the other repeated gobbledygook by Francis that we all are “God’s children.”
This is equally wrong. We all have been created by God in His own image, yes. But only those who are baptized and profess the true faith, becoming saints in heaven, are adopted by God. Only they are “God’s children” and belong to the “people of God.”More

So, only the baptized, confirmed and professors of the Faith are welcome to enter a Catholic church? Would you keep inquirers in the church hall after catechism class, and not let them enter? What about a Muslim or atheist friend who would like to go to mass with you, do, we keep them out also.

NOT all are welcome: "And whosoever doth not carry his cross and come after me, cannot be my disciple" (Luke 14:27).
