Kerala, May 11 (ANI): Every year in the month of April- May tens of thousands of pilgrims from different religions carry the wooden cross at the St. Thomas International hill shrine in southern Malayatoor. The 609 meters climb is difficult and the path has uneven surfaces and is strewn with rocks. But this does not stop the devotees from taking this route. Pilgrims carry the wooden cross to share the pain and hardship that Jesus went through on his way to crucification.
