Francis Received Bishop Schneider in Audience

Francis received in audience this morning Bishop Athanasius Schneider, auxiliary bishop of Astana, Kazakhstan.

Monsignor Schneider has been critical of Francis' pontificate and errors for years, defending him against voices that deny he is a true pope.

The bishop has met Francis before. In March 2019, he was received during the ad limina visit, together with the bishops of Kazakhstan.

On that occasion, he discussed with Francis his concerns about the Abu Dhabi heresy, which claims that God "wants all religions" (pictured).

In September 2022, Francis visited Kazakhstan and Bishop Schneider welcomed him in the cathedral.

Let us all pray urgently, earnestly, fervently and unceasingly for our dear Bishop Schneider, a most holy, devout and faithful Shepherd, who has remained relentless in his courageous proclamation of the Gospel and the Doctrines of Holy Mother Church, that he will stand firm and undaunted against this apparent Papal onslaught and the Vatican attack we see unfolding here, which has clearly been enacted punitively to silence his bold, clarion voice raised in defense of the true Faith. The Holy Father himself is personally involved, so we know the satanic pressure being applied to crush the good Bishop is maliciously intense. May all of Heaven guard him and fight victoriously on his behalf.

That picture must be from the 2019 Audience. His Holiness hasn’t been that slender (and straight postured) in years.

Yes, pic is from 2019. Francis also got fat (or maybe from medics) since then.

Pope Francis is who I was referring to. He hasn’t been as thin as he looks in that picture for many years. And his posture is no longer that upstanding and straight. I believe some of his increase in size is as a result of the medication he takes or the medical treatments he undergoes.
