"World renowned"? More like widely discredited. I personally found numerous errors in his book, "The You Know Who-ish Revolutionary Spirit", including the central premise itself. Specifically, there's nothing "You Know Who-ish" about that revolutionary spirit in the first place. He's a sloppy logician, an incompetent scholar, and a bigot who appeals to other like-minded bigots.

You're welcome to try, of course. I enjoy discussing Jones with his followers almost as much as discussing Mohammed with his followers. It always ends badly for both groups while providing me vast amusement at their expense.
Seriously, malemp. Jones' central premise about "rejecting Logos" as the basis of a "revolutionary spirit" is contradicted by Roman history on numerous points.
There's a reason why mainstream academia ignores Jones and it has nothing to do with "you know who". ;-)

Here in Australia, 'crystal clear' evidence from the Federal Governments own statistical analyses, depicts the results of the two most populous states in Australia, that of NSW and Victoria. The former with a 'conservative'(Republican) government, the latter, a 'socialist'(Democrat) government. NSW, no lockdowns, minimum restrictions. Victoria, the most Draconian management restrictions in any western-style democracy. Recorded deaths from COVID-19 comparison? As from 11/11/2020, NSW, 53. Victoria, 819.
