Solomon Galligan who tried to kidnap a child at school is found incompetent to stand trial so he will be released back into our community. The DA’s office stated they are “planning to drop charges against the defendant, which is required by law when they are found mentally incompetent to stand trial.”
But... but.... but.... what is the plan to protect any more children from being kidnapped by this incompetent when he is released. The DA's office must then be held responsible for any further kidnaps or loss of life which may come from this incompetent man's release. How incompetent are the decision makers in the DA's office??????????
