FIRST.
I, RENE HENRY GRACIDA., with firm faith believe and profess each and everything that is contained in the Symbol of faith, namely:
I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end. @Campion the Champion It is a mess, it has been a puzzling, saddly disappointing mess since its beginning on February 11, 2017. It seems that even bishop Gracida cannot find a crystal clear, 100% assured true understanding of that mess.
Nevertheless, given his assumptions (we may agree or disagree with those) there is a pragmatic logic (a sort of "provisional" yet thomistic logic) in his creed about the current mess in the Church.

Gracida's 7th article doesn't contradicts the 5th if one accepts his assuption (in the 4th) on the innovation of a "shared papacy", that is in his opinion "a reality with which we must presently live with" until Benedict's death.

Bishop Gracida writes (see the 6th that prevents the contradiction you are mentioning) that cardinal Bergoglio is now a sort of "half Pope" and that only because of Benedict's endorsement (my words), with "pope" Francis exercising only the Power of Jurisdiction and only as a shared power.
In Gracida's opinion the College of Cardinals will be in charge of ruling on the eventual fate of Francis' papacy:
in my opinion this arbitrary innovation is the weak point of Gracida's creed.
