She appeared on December 12, 1531 and the stars on her cloak are an exact representation of the positioning of the constellations in the solar system on the date of the apparition

The eyes of the image, respond like human eyes - and when magnified - it can be seen that 12 figures are mirrored in each eye , the 12 people who were in the room when the miraculous image was formed on the Cactus fibre Tilma.

A Cactus fibre Tilma would normally have completely rotted by 50 years or so! For whereas, The Holy Tilma of Guadalupe is 450 years old and still shows no sign of decomposition .

Somebody tried to destroy the Tilma and by placed a bomb within a basket of flowers in front of the Image. Yet, the image was unharmed. A metal Crucifix folded up bearing the full force of the explosion falling inbetween the explosive and the Image in order to protect it.

Our Lady of Guadalupe - PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO THEE!
