This is why everyone wants a ceasefire. While Putin kept his side of it, Ukraine was attacking inside of Russia. Hospital, Apartment buildings, Schools, shopping centers, bridges, trains and so on. So why is it every time there was a ceasefire and Putin kept his side and Ukraine didn't, that he kept blaming President Putin? Something is not right. So why can't some people see this and admit it?
