Pontifical Academy Against Life: Member Calls for Justifying Homosexual Sins
Chiodi has already made similar comments in 2019, and has since been known as the Italian James Martin in reference to the notorious homosexual activist. Francis appointed Chiodi, an immoral theologian, among the seven members of the Synod's study group on 'controversial doctrinal, pastoral and ethical issues'.
His way into moral decadence is the following: "If in the past we spoke of homosexuality as 'contra naturam', today we have to ask ourselves: what does 'natura' mean? This Latin word has many - very different - meanings, above all the meaning of universality, and we must recognize that universality is necessary for moral knowledge."
He wants a morality that is "committed to the experience and lived life [= sin] of an individual conscience" [while Christ calls sinners to conversion].
According to Chiodi, somebody engaging in homosexual fornication "does not perceive [God-given] sexual difference as attractive" so that this "sexual orientation" does not depend on his [wrong] decision.
Francis' homosexual manifesto 'Fiducia supplicans' that invents a [pseudo] blessing of homosexual concubines shows for Chiodi "a new [= immoral] pastoral attitude" and he wants to "reformulate" the "theoretical attitude" toward homosexuality.
Thus, instead of converting the sinner, Chiodi wants to ignore the Word of God and turn the Church into a useless institutions that justifies sins.
