Rome will apostatize and will become the seat of the Antichrist.

The Vatican II reforms began a movement in the Church that will lead to the defection of the Vatican from the Catholic Church, and the abolition of the Catholic Mass. The Third Secret of Fatima foretells precisely this point.

Cardinal Henry Edward Manning explained in 1861 that Rome will apostatize, and the true Church will be driven underground, and will appear "to have been swept from the face of the earth." He cites the unanimous consensus of the ancient Fathers and the Church's greatest theologians on this point.

Against the unanimous consensus of the Fathers, there are quack "theologians" like Salza & Siscoe who promote a Masonic ecclesiology thinly disguised as Catholicism; and Mr. Voris, who has a huge axe to grind against the traditional Catholics.

The "Conciliar Church" is mutating into a counterfeit "synodal church". The true Catholic Church will live on in Tradition only. When it will seem to be to late the true pope will decree a full restoration of Tradition in the Church, when the synodal Bergoglian "Church" formally separates from the Catholic Faith and sacraments.

Rome will apostatize and become the seat of the Antichrist but there is also the False Prophet. So there is not only one but two evil men which are respectively the first beast and the second beast.

Rome most certainly has apostatized. St Vincent told us to hold fast to tradition where these liars can't touch with their filthy hands. That's what I'm doing.
