thanks for sharing and being see more and more of this too - recently youtube.com/watch?v=VKVljf4r5Y8 the giveaway free 51page pdf Aug 2025 presentation by Bo Polny a theory of reverse-rapture in-where humans have been infected with Nephilim-spirits that are removed from the earth and lost sheep are found and go home as prodigals. It was compelling and hopeful and pertaining to -- > The remnant are standing in the gap before God for our Nations (Ezekiel 22-30) and "Joel 2 30-31 I will show signs and wonders in the heavens, and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the Great and Terrible day of the Lord comes." -- And there is a eclipse and blood moon in Sept. No better time these days for one to stay awake and ever connected with Our Lord, a time for spiritual growth. -- The apostle Paul explicitly warns believers not to sleep as others do, but to remain awake and sober.
@giveusthisday - But it's clearly a biblical one also. The rapture of the Saints is analogous to Noah's ark, through which God preserved Noah and his family from the punishment of the wicked through the flood of water. When the Day of the Lord comes, He will save us from the flood of fire by taking us into the clouds with Him...
1. "Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. (...) That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left." (Mt. 24)
2. "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." (I Thes. 4)
3. "Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality." (I Cor. 15)
4. "And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." Luke 21, 34-36.
5. "But you, brothers and sisters, are not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief. You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ." I Thes. 5, 4-9.
6. "These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars - I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth." Ap. 3, 7-10.
7. "At that time shall arise Michael, the great prince who has charge of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever." Dn. 12, 1-3.
8. "Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." Mt. 24, 26-31. (The rapture will take place after the Tribulation suffered by the saints from the Antichrist and before the Wrath of God comes over him and his minions, id est, before the Day of the Lord, the Dies Irae, the Jugement of the Nations).
Since there is no official interpretation of these passages by the Church, the issue is open to debate. We will have the opportunity to resolve this doubt, I don't think it will take too long for all these things to happen. Let us keep in mind that Jesus has established a parallel with what happened in the time of Noah, when the righteous were saved from the flood, which was destined exclusively for the wicked...
There is none. There is not heresy at all in this interpretation. The subject remains an open theological debate...
@Strong and Steadfast - "There is nothing about justice that prevents us from suffering" - I agree. But the Holy Scripture clearly says that the great tribulation that the righteous will have to endure in the Apocalypse will be due to the persecution of the Antichrist. Then the wrath of God will come, to exterminate the Son of Perdition and all his accomplices, and to avenge the persecuted saints. It is therefore totally incoherent to maintain that the righteous who have survived the persecution of the Antichrist will also have to suffer the rigor of divine wrath. There are many biblical quotes that express this with total clarity. See here: Últimos Tiempos - Rapto - "El rapto post tribulación y previo a la ira de Di…
Of course it is inconsistent. It is as inconsistent as if the flood had wiped out not only the wicked, but also Noah and his family. God has made this clear to us in several passages of Scripture, from which I give this example: "For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ." I Thes. 5
No one denies this, but that is not what is at stake. The question is: Will God's wrath be poured out on the righteous and the wicked, or only on the latter? Scripture explicitly teaches the latter. Then another question arises: by what means will the righteous be preserved from divine wrath? Once again, God has deigned to reveal this mystery to us in Scripture: through the rapture. Jesus has explained to us that there is a parallel between the flood and the punishment that will fall upon wicked humanity at the time of the Antichrist. Just as the flood swept away the wicked in the time of Noah, but he and his family were protected by the Ark, so too God will preserve the elect on the Day of the Lord through the rapture of the faithful...
I thank you for your respectful attitude in the exchange of ideas, as well as for your prayers for me. I have already explained my position in detail, I have nothing more to add, so I will end the debate here. Best regards in Jesus and Mary.
@Faith In The Ruins - I agree with the substance of your words, obviously, but not in this specific case, since the rapture of the faithful before the unleashing of God's wrath is clearly signified in Holy Scripture, which in no way opposes the dogmas of Catholicism, quite the contrary, it is in harmony with them, since it would be contrary to the justice of God to unleash his wrath on the righteous. This issue has never been addressed, much less defined, by the ecclesiastical magisterium. If you understand Spanish, I recommend reading the following study: "El rapto post tribulación y previo a la ira de Di… - And here you will find a summary of it: Últimos Tiempos - Rapto
So if you prefer to believe the fantasies of a protesting Christian "theologian" (who wasn't even able to convince even the majority of the other rebels of this), over these words of Our Blessed Mother:
"the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on ALL humanity...THE GOOD as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful"; then I wish you all the luck in the world. As luck will be just as useful to you as your belief in this utter claptrap.
We have enough to contend with trying to move people away from fake Catholic " prophets" and "apparitions" without importing such Protestant nonsense as this.
I do not know what private revelation you are referring to, but I prefer the data contained in Holy Scripture to the almost infinite variety of "private apparitions", which seem to me, for the most part, false or doubious (Valtorta, Sor Faustina, Medjugorje, Garabandal, etc.)...
You listed exactly the apparitions I mean, so well done on that score. Although how you can see through them and not this begs very interesting questions.
However you didn't list Fatima or Atika (which the quote came from), I can only hope they past muster for you.
You are not at all trusting Scripture, nor in fact your own interpretation of it. You have been (willingly) hoodwinked by a protesting Christian and his interpretation of Scripture. Which of course is one of the many consequences of the protestant mind, how can it be wrong if the Holy Spirit "spoke" to you? Because there is no way on earth (had this erroneous belief not existed), you would have come up with it yourself.
Please do not dare ever again suggest I have no belief or respect for Scripture (implicit in your defence). If you are going to make stuff up, expect the push back that comes your way.
"Please do not dare ever again suggest I have no belief or respect for Scripture (implicit in your defence)." - You are right. I am sorry...
I'm going to trust the Church Fathers and ~2,000 years of orthodoxy more than Pastor Dave and ~150 years of misreading Scripture.
