Failed Attack: Francis Stumbles over His Own Contradictions

In his open letter to the US bishops, Francis urged them in so many words to oppose the Trump administration's efforts to enforce US immigration laws, which are less restrictive than those of the Vatican.

Without naming him, Francis also directly and hysterically attacked Vice President JD Vance, a convert.

Vance last month explained the 'ordo caritatis' - the hierarchy of charity - as written by St Thomas Aquinas: "You love your family, and then you love your neighbour, and then you love your community, and then you love your fellow citizens in your own country, and then after that you can focus and prioritise the rest of the world," he said.

Francis thinks he is smarter than St Thomas Aquinas [and Vance]: "The true ordo amoris to be promoted is that which we discover by constantly meditating on the parable of the 'Good Samaritan', that is, by meditating on the love that builds a fraternity open to all without exception," Francis wrote, adding: "Christian love is not a concentric extension of interests, gradually extended to other persons and groups."

The predictable irony is that Francis contradicted himself, as he so often does. On several occasions Francis has said that love does indeed extend in concentric circles - which is common sense.

In September 2021, Francis praised the Focolare movement for its sense of unity: "Unity in the Church, unity among all the faithful and unity throughout the world - in concentric circles."

In June 2019, Francis applied the concept of concentric circles to reconciliation, telling the Franciscans: "Reconciliation with oneself, with God, with others and with all creatures [...]. It is a reconciliation that takes the form of concentric circles, starting from the heart and reaching out into the universe".

It is not surprising, then, that no one listens to Francis anymore, because with his words he tries to manipulate rather than to convey the truth.

It is a mistake to engage with Leftist proponents of mass migration movements on their terms. Illegal immigration into the United States is NOT a movement of poor, helpless people seeking "better lives" for themselves. It is first and foremost a movement which enriches Mexican cartels far beyond anything that drug trafficking ever did in the past. It is a movement which facilitates rape, sexual enslavement and the creation of pornography using women, children and even vulnerable men at a staggering, industrial scale. It is a movement which creates a massive unrepresented easily exploitable workforce while at the same time crushing social structures like schools, emergency rooms, and car insurance. Encouraging and supporting such human misery is not and never has been part of 'Catholic Social Teaching'. The Holy Father (or whomever is writing this drivel on his behalf) and the USCCB had better wake up to the fact that this grift is over because the vast majority of the American people see this horror for what it is and do not want it in our country.

Bishop Strickland: We must not blame illegal immig…

Lol, poor o'l Jorge, the uneducated Jesuit.

Pope Bergoglio demonstrates his lack of theological understanding yet again.

Someone should tell Pope Francis that the vast number of Americans and believing Catholic stand with Donald Trump and JD Vance on the issue of illegal immigrants. He should mind his own business.

Contradiction is one of many things a false prophet has along with hipocresy, mockery and always able to preach and write lies in a beautiful manner, so in such light, Francis is a champion of falsities.

Reminds me an awful lot of Obama. A lot of pretty words and phrases, but the intent is always far from beautiful.
