Una Voce: Lenten Prayer Appeal For Roman Mass

Una Voce International and others are calling on all Catholics to pray and to do penance during Lent for the intention of the freedom of the Roman Mass (FIUV.org, February 11).

Rumours of a further crackdown on the Mass by Francis are circulating, so the situation is worrying.

“We appeal to our Lord, through His Blessed Mother, to restore to all Catholics the right and opportunity to worship according to the Church’s own venerable liturgical traditions,” the appeal says.

The prayers are available in several languages on FIUV.org.

The Latin/Roman Mass is free and protected (by God, the ancient usus and the perennial privilege of Saintly Pope Pius. However, there are some minds enslaved I think.
They are afraid because they love to feel comfy in their chairs, often, as late Fr. Hesse used to say: running a museum.
