Cardinal Gregory, Destroyer of Holy Masses, Wanted Homosex Liturgy "Without Hesitation"
In September 2024, Cardinal Gregory received three homosexual activists: Sister Jeannine Gramick, Frank DeBernardo, and Rev. Daly.
Daly asked Cardinal Gregory if he would be willing to preside over a "liturgy of reconciliation between the archdiocese and the LGBTQ+ community": "He said yes without hesitation."
According to Fr Daly, the homosexual liturgy in January was "solemn".
Scriptures were read by LGBT+ activists, and some people cried. At the end of the homily, Cardinal Gregory asked for forgiveness on behalf of his predecessors for their treatment of homosexuals.
Rev. Daly was 'blown away': ‘Over the years, I've heard many homilies by bishops. But I have never heard such a humble homily or such an attempt at reconciliation.”
He wants to praise Cardinal Gregory “for his courage in seeking reconciliation”.
Cardinal Gregory abolished several Holy Masses in the Roman rite in 2022 at multiple parish locations, consolidating all Masses into just three "centers".
