@Thors Catholic Hammer I think you are reading to much into it. Every Catholic Monarchy was a social reign of Christ, for to have such, you only need public recognition of Christ and the Catholic Faith as the true faith.

The only way you could ever have a social reign of Christ the King would be a Catholic theocratic confessional state.
The only ever such historical state was the Papal States of Old of which the Vatican City is a remnant.
