Rescue Plan? Dan Hitchens, the Deputy Editor of the Catholic Herald, sees signs that Pope Francis is– quote “lukewarm about Pope John Paul’s legacy.” One sign is the fact that Francis' preaching at the Sanctuary of St. John Paul II in Kraków made only a single glancing reference to his predecessor, another the closure of the John Paul II Institute in Melbourne. Hitchens hopes that Sydney’s Archbishop Anthony Fisher will offer a rescue plan.
True Diversity: Anthony Esolen is a Catholic and literature professor at Dominican-run Providence College in Rhode Island. He has criticized politics of, “diversity” and is now persecuted by powerful radicals. Radical students even organized a protest on campus asking Esolen to be fired. Esolen comments: “The strange irony of it all is that I’m the one who believes that a wide diversity of cultures and of institutions is a good thing, and they really do not. I do not want all colleges and universities to be basically the same; they do.”
Poisoned Gifts: Pope Francis has recently spoken about the – quote – “gifts that have come to the Church through the Reformation." Fr Ray Blake asks on his blog: “What are these gifts?” His answer: “a depleted protestant Bible; ecclesial communities lacking Holy Orders and therefore the Holy Eucharist and the means to grace; the elevation of an individual theologian over the whole Catholic tradition; and a decided break with the Sacred Tradition.”
Useless Ecumenism: The Anglican Archbsihop of Nigeria, Nicholas Okoh, has blasted the presence of the U.S. Episcopal Presiding Bishop Michael Curry in Rome with the Archbishop of Canterbury's delegation to meet the pope. Curry is under sanctions for having introduced homo-sex marriage. He was told specifically that he should not be involved in representing the Anglican Communion in ecumenical or interfaith relations.

True Diversity
Tolerance For Me. Not For Thee.
Poisened gifts - and heresies: Not long ago since 'Francis' proclaimed the heresy that the Church has no absolute truth:
Heresy? Speaking about fundamentalism, Pope Francis said: “In the Catholic Church we have some – many – who believe they possess the absolute truth and they go on sullying others through slander and defamation and this is wrong. I say this because it is my Church. Religious fundamentalism must be combatted.” Gloria.tv asks whether Pope Francis does not believe that the Church and those in it possess the absolute truth, which is Jesus Christ?
