“I cannot think of a better successor to lead this Archdiocese,” Archbishop Chaput wrote on social media (January 21).
Chaput’s successor is Cleveland Bishop Nelson Perez, 58, a hardcore modernist.
Nevertheless, Chaput considers Perez’ nomination a “moment of great joy” for Philadelphia’s Catholics.
He said Archbishop Perez “is already known and loved by our priests and people.”
At a January 23 presser in Philadelphia, Perez thanked Chaput for his influence in his life, calling him “a great mentor, a great friend.”

I have always maintained that Chaput is a wolf disguised as a sheep ( he is a modernist like Muller), who pretends to be ´conservative´, when he is a false Catholic. For example in his diocese in Denver he allowed priests to use church properties for Yoga and Tai Chi classes. Dont forget that Chaput was one of the consecrators of this Marxist modernist enemy of the Traditional Mass.

Except Pope Emeritus Benedict was still the reigning pope when he retired and chose a new title before he resigned. I like the new qualifications you're using. Not just "house arrest" but a form of covert house arrest.
