Abortion pill sellers use photos of dead babies:
The Canadian anti-abortion group Choice42 released an animated video, Death on Delivery, exposing the online black market for abortion pills. Based on real conversations, the video depicts a seller reassuring a pregnant woman with twins that the pills will work, even if the babies are born alive, suggesting they can be disposed of afterward. Choice42 founder Laura Klassen says sellers, often abroad, ship pills worldwide, even to places where abortion is illegal. The group argues that the pills, especially when used late-term, can lead to babies being born alive and left to die, with photos of these outcomes circulated online as “proof of success.” Klassen hopes the video will raise awareness of the growing, hard-to-regulate trade in abortion pills.
