avepost.orgCost of Transitioning: Clinic Faced With Lawsuit Over Abuse - Ave Post
A recent lawsuit over a gender clinic in the United Kingdom reveals the true cost of transitioning.
The Tavistock Centre, which ran a gender clinic with support from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, is now facing a lawsuit from over 1,000 families for allegedly misdiagnosing their children.
The Tavistock Centre was the only gender clinic in the UK that offered its services to children and had transitioned nearly 20,000 children since it’s creation in 1989. However, the UK’s National Health Service announced its plans to shut the clinic down a few weeks ago, and the clinic is now being met with a wave of criticism for its allegedly abusive practices.
Controversy Over Transitioning Children
The primary criticism that the clinic was met with was its recklessness in providing the ‘treatment’ necessary for transitioning children.
This includes the allegation that the clinic offered puberty blocking drugs to kids after just one consultation and that the clinic pressured …

The theatre’s portrayal of a nonbinary Joan of Arc reflects the conflict over Christianity in America and the world.
London’s Globe Theatre recently announced that its new production, “I, Joan,” would feature a nonbinary Joan of Arc. This isn’t the first time that Saint Joan of Arc has been portrayed as nonbinary, as she was presented in the same way in a Discovery+ docuseries earlier this year.
This shows a clear pattern that reveals the underlying tension between Christianity and the pro-LGBTQ+ world.
Background
In case you are unfamiliar with Saint Joan of Arc, she was a 15th century saint who gave up her humble, ordinary life to fight alongside the French against the English.

With the 2022 Republican primaries underway, the Ave Post has put together a list of the most important races for Christians to watch.
The Republican primaries have only just begun, but many Christian candidates have already scored significant victories.
At the same time, there are still many consequential races to look forward to as the year progresses.
Decided Republican Primaries
So far, 8 of the races on our list have been decided. And, thankfully, all 8 were decided in favor of our top candidate.
Blake Masters (AZ-Senate), who may go on to be the most pro-Christian senator in America, won a hotly-contested Republican primary by a sizable margin.
Paul Gosar (AZ-House-09), who is a devout Catholic and perhaps the best sitting congressman, won his crowded primary by an astounding margin, capturing over 65% of the vote.
Wendy Rogers (AZ-Senate-07), who has a history of taking an unequivocally pro-Christian stance on a wide variety of issues, won her primary by a wide margin.

avepost.orgChristianity is the Only Way Forward in Modern Politics - Ave Post
There is a struggle for the soul of the Republican Party and it’s necessary that Christ prevails.
Now more than any time in the past decade, Christianity is a salient political issue.
If by some miracle you haven’t seen the onslaught of headlines in the mainstream media denouncing ‘Christian Nationalism’, here is a summary.
What is Christian Nationalism?
Headlines from Yahoo News, Newsweek, Business Insider, PinkNews, and MSNBC discussing Christian Nationalism.
Here’s the long and the short of it—nobody knows what it is. Just like nobody knows what it means to be ‘racist’ or ‘sexist’, nobody knows what it means to be a Christian Nationalist because the media leaves this definition ambiguous. As far as I can tell, it’s just a way to attack devout Christians indirectly by pretending that there’s a distinction between Christianity and Christian Nationalism.
In reality, there is no distinction between the two—Christian Nationalists are simply devout Christians.
