Cardinal Pell told Andrew Bold (Sky News Australia) that most of the senior people in Rome, sympathetic to financial reform "believe" that his conviction and imprisonment were related to the trouble he was causing for corrupt Vatican officials. However, Pell puts this into perspective as he has heard "too much" which goes "from possibility, to probability, to fact."
