@philosopher You're saying: well, he's spouting heresies but we can't call him a heretic. Why? Do we risk excommunication if we call a man spouting heresies a heretic? No. We are only obligated on infallible statements , and there's a dearth of those from Papa.
If the day comes that the 99 percent evil College of Cardinals makes a statement on this, and they say he's not a heretic, I'd love to see the reasons. Because he, Bergoglio, is making past heretics look like St. Paul.

There is heresy and then there is being a formal heretic. They are not the same. To be judged and declared a formal heretic, one must be summoned and questioned by an eclessial court and given a chance to recant. Until the Cardinals in the Vatican decide to do this, we can not judge the Pope to be a heretic. We can judge his opinion to not be in conformity with orthodox teaching.
