We have all been redeemed, men and women. Galatians 3:28 says, "28There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. "
Seeing women priest redeems my nature as a woman.
After the Eucharist, men and women are equal. Jesus acted according with culture during his time, men only. But after he has died, we men and women are becoming disciples just the same as the ones before us.
