"Here" is the center of the universe - for every man

F M Shyanguya I am a commercial pilot and have flown completely around the world in the past. We flew east (Pan AM Flight 1) and after multiple flights all eastwardly we ended up back in New York. Please explain how that could have happened?

The truth about the false apparitions of Medjugorje/ The final report of Bishop Pavao Zanic

Thanks for finally providing us with the "whole truth". It a shame that hundreds of bishops, tens of thousands of priests and millions of the faithful that have been there missed it! It certainly cleared things us when Bishop Zanic condemned the apparitions (Oh wait! he never did condemn them as the local bishop!) It certainly cleared things us when Bishop Zanic condemned the apparitions (Oh wait! he never did condemn them as the local bishop!) He must have been doing a great job however for the Vatican to remove Medjugorje from his jurisdiction. Maybe it was because he was imprisoned by the communist atheistic government authorities. No that was the local parish priest in Medjugorje. It seems the bishop got along fairly well with the government officials (go along to get along!)

Seems to me that we should ALL wait for the church to make its final determination and accept that determination in holy obedience.

Anyone one should be able to see thru that! Some are even foolish enough to become priest and nuns! Too bad they don't look to the internet for the real deal! @Alex A - Is your research more comprehensive and accurate then the multi-year research that the 17 member commission established by Pope Benedict conducted. They found overwhelmingly that the first 10 days of the apparitions in Medjugorje were supernatural and the following apparitions undetermined at this time. They did not find any of them - "not supernatural" and did not condemn any of them. If you think its about the money then you CLEARLY have never visited Medjugorje. While the number of visits may be irrelevant, trying to speak with authority about a place you have never been to, is relevant. The church has put restrictions on Medjugorje and the seers and priests have obeyed those restrictions. (no church sponsored pilgrimages or activities related to the apparitions in the parish church for example). Be careful of second hand internet "research". For example you can find countless sites that "prove beyond a doubt" that the Pope is the antichrist and the church has tons of gold in the basement.

I am a regular visitor to both Fatima and Lourdes and while I love the spirituality, the commercialism and the scammers outside the gates of the shrines are appalling. Of course the same can be said of the the area outside the Vatican. Not wanting to travel to Medjugorje or make it part of your devotion is clearly your right and your choice. Private revelations are not required belief for faithful Catholics. Denouncing an apparition especially with incorrect or incomplete information prior to the final decision of the Church on a worldwide forum is another matter. As I know you are aware, final church approval has often in the past has taken a very long time. The recently approved apparition in Champion WI took 140 years! Would you have publicly denounced Lourdes or Fatima prior to their final approval based on second hand information? Lots of spiritual responsibility for leading others astray.

Non constat de supernaturalitate means not certain that it is supernatural. Constat de nonsupernaturalite means that is certain that it is not supernatural. Non constat de supernaturalitate is not by any means a condemnation. The Commission established by Pope Benedict in 2010 (17 members and chaired by Cardinal Camillo Ruini) Declared overwhelmingly that the apparitions in Medjugorje from June 24 until July 3 of 1981 to be Constat de Supernaturalite (certain to be supernatural) and the subsequent apparitions to be Non Constat de Supernaturalitate (not certain to be supernatural). Our Ladys message from day one has been prayer, penance, confession and Euchristic adoration. This message has not changed. The fruits cannot be denied. Millions have found the faith, returned to the faith, or been strengthened in their faith. Thousands of new vocations have been found. Per scripture can a bad tree bear good fruit? If satan is leading all of these people to conversion and love of the Euchrist then he needs to do more of it.
I find that most people who seem to be very critical of Medjugorje have never been there, never read Our Ladys messages and seem to focus on the human faults of the visionaries. They seem to have their own idea of how, where and to whom Our Lady should appear.

@philosopher - now that I have posted the actual text of the message (Oct 1 , 1981) do you not have a moral obligation to retract and apologize for publicly claiming that Our Lady said that all religions are equal?
