Sven, not sure about the benefits of plants for humans. A very shocking thing for me to think (generational gardeners) but given the long record of human fossils (2.5M) plants don’t seem to have been optimal. To avoid starvation, sure, but not optimal. Somewhat medicinal for sure. Meat, especially ruminants, is were our proper human diet lies.
