Indeed, but perhaps if God intervened to send us this stealth/miraculous/undercover Pope (as some still hope), He would have this pontiff finally get the job done on the Russian consecration. In fact, I can't think of much of a higher priority, had the Holy Ghost intervened to overcome the 80% modernist Anti-Catholic cardinals to grant the Church a holy pope.
