No Churches in the Vatican? Francis Presides Mass in a Factory

On Friday morning Pope Francis presided over Mass for the maintenance staff of Vatican City State in a factory building inside the Vatican. A table was put inside the hall instead of an altar. Movable walls covered the industrial machines.

German Radio Vatican explained that Francis preferred a "place of everyday life" instead of one of the many churches inside the Vatican "including St Peter's”.

Why have mass in a church when you can just set up a lunch table and pretend to have a mass. Lets play make-believe!
