Two errors noted : 1) To be a sedevacantist means you have to believe there hasn't been a pope since 1958, 2) A sedevantist is a protestant. People love to brand sedes with false accusations.

NO!! He speaks the truth. POpe Francis may be the Pope, but is election was probably invalid/illegal because it broke the rules of conclave not to have a prospective Pope campaigned for....which was done by the St.GAllen MAfia for Bergoglio. Francis is also illegit because of his total heresies, especially his acceptance of, suport of and appointment to high office in the Church of active or at least pro-homosexuals.
So I think Fr. Altman is saying that Francis may be pope, but not legit due to questionable election, and his heresies.
