A witch hunt from the get go. Now that they've found Fr. Phillips innocent of all 'charges' in every respect, the 'good Cardinal' has deemed Fr. 'imprudent' or 'of faulty judgement' in several areas. What they are, is not to be disclosed as to not to embarrass the 'witnesses' that were interviewed. Thus the reason he will not be reinstated. (after all if they couldn't pin sexual improprieties on Fr., they had to find SOMETHING to keep him out of ministry eh? And that 'something' is TOP SECRET) We will see how this whole thing plays out, but this entire affair stinks to the high heavens!!
