How old is he now? I read some nasty comments abute him a few months ago by someone saying he was senile, or suffering from Alzheimers. Very sad if true....but I figure he has to be close to 80, since Archbishop Lefebvre consecrated him a Bishop in 1988.

Nope. He was expelled because of the 2012 Fellay affair. Most fortunately, before his exit, he took part in blocking the compromise with late-Ratzingerian Vatican that would prove disastrous for SSPX during the Bergoglian era.
