I believe non compliance is the best strategy. No mask, no test, and absolutely no shot. You can always get a different job.

Happily, I work from home and my employers don't want to lose any of their top staff. It's a buyer's job-market right now and they know it. Do I wear a "mask" when I have to go in to the office? Sure, it covers my nose, mouth, cheeks, the top and sides of my head. I look like an extra from DUNE and that's a win-win for everyone.

How awful. This should be the subject of another lawsuit. The courts have upheld (quite wrongly) public vaccine mandates for healthcare workers, and private vaccine mandates, but, that is quite different from someone being required to wear something that reveals their health status. The fact that there is no proof that an unvaccinated person is more prone to spreading the disease would be relevant. This seems like a clear civil rights violation.
