Archbishop of Tegucigalpa: Do Not Attend FSSPX Masses
On the website of his archdiocese, he asked his followers to refrain from attending "liturgical events organised by" the Priestly Society of St Pius X in Tegucigalpa.
Archbishop Nácher Tatay formulates clumsily: "Recently, some activities programmed by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X have been made public, with the intention of celebrating in the territory of our archdiocese some functions that seem to be of our Catholic faith."
He adds that "it is good to remember" that the Priestly Society of Saint Pius X "does not have the permission" of this Archdiocese, because of the continuous (sic) questioning it publicly makes "against the Holy Father" and against the Church in general.
"We therefore ask the Catholic faithful to refrain from attending events convened by bodies or persons who openly deny the authority and legitimacy of the Apostolic See".
Legalism, personality cult ("Holy Father") and a lot of homosexual propaganda seem to be the main ingredients of Francis' Church ("todos, todos, todos").
On the other hand, without this "important note" we would never have known about the laudable activities of the Priestly Fraternity of St Pius X in Tegucigalpa.
