God Is Sick of Them: Francis' Model Church Reduced to a Pile of Rubble

There are 22,193,347 "Catholics" in Germany, which corresponds to 26.7% of the population.

The data refers to the year 2020 and appeared in statistics published by the German Bishops' Conference.

The "Catholics" are served by 12,565 priests (2019: 12,983). In 2020, there were only 67 priestly ordinations (56: diocesan priests; 11: religious priests).

Attendance at religious services fell to 5.9% (2019: 9.1%), as did the number of marriages (11,018; 2019: 38,537), baptisms (104,610; 2019: 159,043), first communions (139,752; 2019: 166,481). 221,390 persons left the Church (2019: 272,771). In contrast, burials increased by 2,609 to 236,546.

And yet German bishops insist on lecturing on how to evangelize and run a church. It's like if a branch manager who lost 50% of his market share during his tenure tried lecturing you on sales. The German bishops and that failed generation of priests are a confederacy of failures.

What is “toxic” is the attack against Truth of Jesus Christ and His Gospel.
Do you not find it odd that Pope Francis does not consider it “toxic” to enthrone demonesses and triumphantly fly sodomite flags at Mass ?

Stop state funding of churches. The billions given to the German bishops didn't help them, it corrupted them.

But what about the "toxic rhetoric against Vatican 2 and the Pope himself that was coming from American Catholics? Surely this is a bigger problem than national apostasy. Traditionis Custodes was required to correct this "toxic rhetoric".

A poll last year said only about 1/3 of Catholics regularly attending Mass believe in Transubstantiation. That indicates that toxic rhetoric is not the problem but a lack of faith.
