PAPAL INFALLIBILITY
Vatican I dogmatically definition the pope's infallibility. Notice the requirements of Ex Cathedra (i.e., not just bishop of Rome), on faith and morals (i.e., not climate change, etc.), for the entire church, and that papal decisions are irreformable (i.e., Francis cannot change what was declared before him).
