Probably the Next Pope?
- If elected Pope, Parolin would take the fatal name of John XXIV.
- Parolin would be less ineffective than Francis.
- As a young priest he was pushed by Cardinal Achille Silvestrini, the leader of the anti-Catholic wing of the Vatican.
- Benedict XVI's Secretary of State Bertone removed Parolin from the Roman Curia and sent him as nuncio to Venezuela, where Cardinal Bergoglio held him in high esteem.
- Cardinal Silvestrini (1923-2019) persuaded Francis to replace Cardinal Bertone with Parolin.
- Parolin is guilty of the Holy See's disastrous 2018 agreement with China, under which China also appointed married bishops.
- Cardinal Zen called Parolin a 'man of little faith' who 'sold out the Catholic Church to the Communist government'.
- Parolin attended the annual conference of the secretive Bilderberg Group, held behind closed doors in Turin in June 2018.
- In April 2019, Parolin received homosexual propagandists for more than an hour, including around fifty lawyers, judges and politicians.
- Parolin torpedoed Cardinal Pell's reorganisation of the financial bodies of the Holy See and the Vatican City State.
- Parolin was directly involved in the Vatican's disastrous investment in London.
- At the end of 2020, Francis stripped Parolin's Secretariat of State of its assets; Parolin was excluded from writing the Laudate Deum, and Francis sent Cardinal Zuppi to Ukraine and Russia.
- Being less close to Francis could be an advantage for him in the next conclave.
- In November 2017, Parolin gave a speech in Washington at the Catholic University of America, where he received an honorary doctorate in theology, in which he praised the failed Second Vatican Council.
- Parolin still lives in the illusion that this pastoral council is the source and origin of the Church "of today and of the future".
- He supports Francis' Amoris Laetitia, which contradicts the indissolubility of marriage.
- Parolin played a key role in drafting the reactionary Traditionis custodes against the Holy Mass.
- The great enemies of the Holy Mass during the meetings of the CDF were Cardinals Stella (clergy), Ouellet (bishops), Versaldi (education) and Parolin.
- Among the cardinals there are the extremist Bergoglians (Tagle, Hollerich); the Bergoglians who want to protect the façade (Parolin, Ouellet, Roche, Becciu); the chameleon Bergoglians (Zuppi, Aveline); and the 'conservatives' (Erdö, Sarah, Müller, Burke, Eijk, Dolan).
- After Francis' bulldozing authoritarianism, Parolin might be preferred by many cardinals as someone who could continue Francis' work of destruction, but with less noise.
