If one speaks about "fentanyl" as I saw a posting earlier, a lot of it is coming through the border and the criminal organizations, the Cartels seem to be pushing these Tribes off of their property. What he is doing seems very brave to me. I certainly keep him in my prayers. Fentanyl and Heroin indeed, are an epidemic as well.
