Argentine Archbishop on Mayan Rite: "Francis Abolishes the Worship of God"

Archbishop Héctor Aguer, 81, of Argentina, has criticized Francis for incorporating "popular Argentine vices" into the liturgy, he wrote on Infovaticana on Nov. 28 about Francis' approval of the "Mayan Rite" in Mexico.

Archbishop Aguer records the incorporation of pagan elements into the Eucharist: abundant incense, the participation of women who intervene as if they were priestesses, popular music alien to the religious setting, applause, and dancing.

He describes these changes as part of a broader dismantling of the Catholic liturgy. This is "the arrival point of the transformation of the Catholic liturgy, already torn to pieces, into the abolition of the Worship of God."

"To which god is the 'Mayan rite' addressed?"

Archbishop Aguer argues that the 'Mayan rite' contradicts Vatican II, according to which "no one, not even a priest, should dare to remove, add, or change anything in the liturgy on his own initiative."

Aguer continues: "The Supreme Pontiff, on his own initiative, and against tradition and liturgical sense, promulgates a rite made up for a particular nation, against the breadth of the liturgy in the whole Church."

True Mass

I could not get to the Roman Mass today. At my local Novus Ordo it was so sloppy, so trival, so lacking in reverence, the priest gave his back to the tabernacle, the consecration was words, lay women distributed communion in the hand, they sang Rain Down and tried clapping to the beat, there were no altar boys, the Church was less then half full, Mass was over in forth minutes. If you're reading this and have never attended the Roman Rite Mass, try it. You will never go back to N.O. if you can help it.

Communion in the hand leaves the Eucharist (Body and Blood of Christ) all over the floor to be walked on.

This is NOT building up the Church, but dividing Her, which leads to destruction.

Build up the Traditional Church in which resides the deposit of the faith. The Novus Ordo is a false church, Masonic in nature.

Now we know why Francis wanted female altar servers, he had this new "rite" in mind. However, all the traditional rites stem from the Apostles, and the Catechism is the codified oral traditions of the Apostles in the Bible, who learned it all directly from Jesus Himself. Francis has NO AUTHORITY to establish a new rite or sacraments or dogmas. Vatican II produced NO DOGMA, yet many act like ecumenicalism is the most important dogma of Vatican II. Now, Francis has merely brought earth and demon worship into the Mass. I would hate to be him.

@Harry Jones Have you read this scholarly dissertation by Fr. Mueli on validityFidelity to the Word: Fr. Meuli argues "for all" renders Mass invalid? It is worth your while, I promise! God bless you!

@Harry Jones I would seriously doubt that this Mayan liturgy has any validity as regards being a Catholic Mass. How could it - since it uses methods and formats developed to invoke pagan demons.

Harry Jones

But is it still valid?

Denis Efimov

As far as the Eucharist is concerned, even the satanic black mass is valid (though the conciliar church has not yet made it lawful) if a truly ordained priest at it uses the proper form, matter, and intention.

Francis Bergoglio, the main false prophet predicted in Holy Scriptures and by many prophets such as Saint Francis of Assisi and Vassula Ryden, will do anything he's told by Satan, as well as punctuating his innovations with periods of tiptoeing to avoid hitting a wall of objections, then going on again with pseudo-reforms and well-crafted heresies.
