Showtime: Francis Kneels To Kiss Feet Of South Sudan Politicians
Pope Francis received on April 11 the participants of a two-day retreat at the Vatican which involved civil and ecclesiastical authorities of South Sudan.
During the audience Francis knelt down and kissed the feet of several [deeply embarrassed] South Sudan leaders (video below).
An overweight Francis knelt down with great fatigue four times although it was visibly exhausting for him.
At the same time, he stubbornly refuses to kneel down in front of the Blessed Sacrament after consecration and also during adoration.

What benefit can a Catholic soul gain in continual Argentine tango? Is it not necessary just to suffer under the Cross with Benedict and boast with him except in the Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ?
I was unaware that he demonstrated this absurd comportment more than once. The man has issues beyond reparative intervention.
Raymond Arroyo calls this a "powerful gesture"
Raymond is in the beauty and vibrancy of Buenos Aires on his South American cruise in the constant rhythm of Argentine tango.
But he's not able and or willing to bow himself and to genuflect in front of the most Holy Sacrament of the Eucharisty!
Shame on you Bergoglio, you are last class actor not a priest.
Why is Pope Francis kowtowing to these men? Why is he submitting himself to them? The definition of summit is to accept or yield to a superior force or to the authority. Pope Francis is trying to weaken the status of the papacy.
...the Papacy and Christianity both. When the last and most false Pope does homage before the Antichrist, this is what it will look like.
@aderito Amazing how that works, eh? ;-) And the media pundits, the ones who would have torn "Nazi" Benedict XVI to shreds over something like this stay silent as always.
