Therefore, the probability that Bergoglio was lying about Martínez-Brocal, is 99.999999938%. It can be safely assumed that Martínez-Brocal knew and was waiting for Francis. Logically speaking, no. El Francesco qualifed his claim with "coincidentally". The mathematician proved it was an unlikely coincidence -which is NOT the same as proving it was a falsehood (i.e. not a coincidence at all) or a falsehood told deliberately (i.e. not a coincidence and Francis knew otherwise).

I did not know why they were forcing constraints beyond believability by a thinking person at that time.
