Fallacy of Composition happening there, bro. Some Novus Ordo are probably modernists (in the sense of Papal condemnation) (vide many German-language bishops) but not all. None of the Novus Ordo have been accused of heresy by the Catholic Church for being Novus Ordo.
The Church hasn't appointed you either a judge or an expert witness to address that charge. I'm certain of that because I haven't been appointed as either, and I'm much better qualified. :D So are a few others on GTV but, unlike myself, they're entirely too modest about it.
