If one is interested, turn to YouTube and seek out David Carroll, a black intellectual, conservative, who stresses that failure to take self-responsiblity in name of a victimization ideology is the main cause of black dysfunctionality. For Carroll the Democratic Party is the white plantation party upon which blacks passively suckle their welfare.
