Francis could come out and say that Christ is not God many Catholics would still call him the pope.
As usual, His Excellency, Bishop Strickland, is utterly and absolutely CORRECT! Christ is the ONLY Way to God, and all other paths are founded upon satanically spawned idolatrous delusions. ALL those who proclaim otherwise are most certainly spouting heretical blasphemies.

If the current holder of the chair of St. Peter is allowed to relativize, revise, or rescind any doctrinal, dogmatic statement about Our Lord Jesus Christ that has preceded his pontificate, we are no longer the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. We have indeed become Protestant - with no difference from the 40,000+ Protestant denominations and storefront churches that populate the globe.
