Lliterally true. The vaccine does NOT promise immunity, and the manufacturer - as are all manufacturers of vaccines, but of course not other medical products - is immune to legal recourse in case of harm.

The manufacturers are immune from prosecution because it was considered an emergency. There wasn't time for thorough testing.
Almost all medications aren't 100% effective. I was vaccinated for Singles in 2012. It was a vaccine using a disabled virus and considered 60% effective. A few years later I was vaccinated again, this time using serum produced via DNA technology--85-90%.
