I've put together the complete world map of all the oil refinery and fertilizer plant fires, accidents, explosions and possible sabotage over the last 12 months. This map is well-sourced, and includes the full timeline, location and facility name impacted.
We don't know, of course, the actual originating cause of each incident, but the overall pattern is alarming, and there's no question that a huge portion of the world's energy infrastructure is being taken offline one way or another. Feel free to share: (this is a very hi-res image, so you can zoom in to see the detailed text)

Acts of the Apostles 2,14.36-41.
Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice, and proclaimed: "You who are Jews, indeed all of you staying in Jerusalem. Let this be known to you, and listen to my words.
Therefore let the whole house of Israel know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Messiah, this Jesus whom you crucified."
Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and they asked Peter and the other apostles, "What are we to do, my brothers?"
Peter (said) to them, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the holy Spirit.
For the promise is made to you and to your children and to all those far off, whomever the Lord our God will call."
He testified with many other arguments, and was exhorting them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation."
Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand persons were added that day.

Christian pastor is arrested for 'criticising Islam' while preaching in Watford town centre - as police officer tells him 'in the name of Jesus, get in the car' A video of a 66‑year‑old Christian pastor, Steve Maile, being arrested in Watford town centre has gone viral. He was preaching, singing hymns and pop songs adapted to a Christian message. Pastor Maile, a grandfather with no criminal record, was arrested after briefly criticising Islam and LGBT lifestyles while preaching, something he says he has done peacefully for decades. Footage shows multiple police officers converging on him within seconds, placing him in handcuffs in full view of the public and his family. The arresting officer arguably mocks the Christian faith by saying to him before putting him in the police car: 'In Jesus name get in the car.'

STARLINK DECLARES WAR ON COMETS:
from www.spaceweather.com
Earlier this year, the number of Starlink satellites in Earth orbit surpassed 10,000. You can see the evidence in the sky:
Dan Bush took this picture before sunrise on April 16th from Albany, Missouri. It's supposed to be a picture of Comet PanSTARRS (C/2025 R3), but it contains far more satellites than comets--more than 35 Starlinks in the full-frame photo.
"The 'Starlink Zone of Maximum Reflection' appeared right in front of the comet," says Bush. "Stacking 30-second exposures helped alleviate the satellites, but they're still there."
Bush's photo is no fluke. In the past year, the number of comet photos criss-crossed by satellites submitted to our gallery has jumped more than 10-fold. The actual counts are certainly greater. Many astrophotographers use software to remove the streaks (e.g., StarXTerminator and Cosmic Clarity), then submit the scrubbed photos without mentioning that …More

When God Reveals Every Hidden Thing
The general judgment, distinct from individual judgment at death, will reveal the weight of human sin and God’s infinite mercy. For the saints, it will be a time of rejoicing, as they witness God’s forgiveness and their own sanctification. For the damned, it will exacerbate their misery, highlighting their refusal to repent and accept God’s mercy.

Leo XIV Appoints Coadjutor, 54, Amid Accusations Against Cardinal, 59

Today, Pope Leo XIV has appointed Jesuit priest Joseph Samedi, 54, as Coadjutor Archbishop of Bangui.
The appointment places Fr Samedi alongside Cardinal Dieudonné Nzapalainga, 59, who is only five years his senior.
Background to the Appointment
Cardinal Nzapalainga has led the Archdiocese of Bangui since 2012 and was made cardinal by Pope Francis in 2016.
He rose to international prominence for his interfaith work during the Central African Republic’s civil conflict, particularly through the 'Plateforme des Confessions Religieuses de Centrafrique', a coalition of Christian and Muslim leaders promoting reconciliation.
In recent years, however, local and regional reporting has pointed to growing tensions between the Archdiocese of Bangui and the Nunciature in the Central African Republic.
The most sweeping allegations have come from journalist Jean-Paul Naïba, who accuses the cardinal of greed, financial misconduct, nepotism, and misuse of church-affiliated NGOs.

Pizzaballa calls on authorities to intervene amid settler attacks in the West Bank

The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem has denounced new attacks by settlers against Church lands in the Tayasir area, in the Tubas governorate (West Bank), and has demanded immediate intervention by the authorities to halt these actions and ensure the protection of its properties and the local population.
According to the official statement, the incidents have caused “serious effects” both on the Patriarchate’s lands and on the residents of the area, which led the Department of Ecclesiastical Properties to hold an urgent on-site meeting on April 23 with military authorities and civil administration officials.
In that context, the Church expressed its “total rejection” of what happened, describing it as “a clear violation of Church properties” and demanding immediate action that does not limit itself to resolving the specific incident, but ensures the future protection of these lands.
In parallel, the Patriarchate filed a formal complaint detailing “the attacks against local residents …

Padre Pio Saw the One Sin Disguised as a Virtue
A respected Italian doctor traveled to San Giovanni Rotondo in 1947 to confess to Padre Pio. He had spent his life helping the sick, donating to the church, and living what everyone around him considered an exemplary Catholic life. He expected absolution in minutes. Instead Padre Pio refused him. Not once. Not twice. Three times over three consecutive days. What had Padre Pio detected in this man that no one else could see?

He stressed that the Church continues to affirm “that the dignity of the person is not lost even after very serious crimes are committed.” In The City of God, Augustine of Hippo argues that legitimate public authority acting under just law may order death.

They have been influenced for many years by Pachamama spirituality and liberation theology. As a result, they genuinely believe much of what they promote and speak about.
The real issue is that they should never have been allowed anywhere near the Vatican, let alone placed in positions of authority at its very center.
Therefore, cardinals and bishops—who *should* know better—are an even greater concern.
Lukewarm Catholics are problematic.
Lukewarm clergy are even worse.
Shame on them.

Chris Jackson rightly wrote (Hiraeth in exile):
So what are we supposed to believe? That the Church “long considered” an attack on human dignity to be morally acceptable? That Scripture, the Fathers, the Doctors, the Roman Catechism, and centuries of Catholic rulers all endorsed something intrinsically contrary to the dignity of man until Francis, of all people, corrected the moral theology of Christendom?
