The email criticised a 'public perversion' and was addressed to the archdiocese's Office of Canonical Affairs: 'This is nothing short of a public disgrace and the order of justice demands a firm response not only from your office but from the office of Cardinal Cupich,' the author of the email wrote. The original complaint didn't mention the date of the incident. The response came from Rev. Daniel Andree, the Judical Vicar. He wrote that the email was "the first notice we have received of anything that took place on 22 April". Dutifully, Rev. However, he embarked on the road with a mission, the only mission he had in Heart and in his Head, which is leading us to salvation, in truth. This is what the saints like Therese of Lisieux, Francis of Assisi, Padre Pio and people we know have done. As quickly as possible they reached the highway to holiness. What is the mission that leads us today to holiness, Love in God? The first mission is to make sure we are on the straight path to the Heart of God. Well, based on what was said in the first paragraph, the authors of the document, if I understood them correctly, still reached a consensus that Francis, being a public and notorious heretic, fell away from the Church according to Divine Law. The only difficulty (noted in the second paragraph) is the question of how to remove a heretic (who has already fallen away from the Church) from the position he occupies. It seems to me that despite the difficulty noted, consensus on the first point is important.
