Die haitianische Künstlergruppe Atis Rezistans setzt sich in ihren Skulpturen mit den Themen Leben und Tod auseinander. Dazu gehörten zum Teil sehr morbide Skulpturen aus Schrott und echten menschlichen Schädeln.
